I am a group fitness instructor with over 20 years' experience in all styles of classes. Including, freestyle aerobics, step, aqua, body conditioning, HIIT, circuits, Yoga, plus children's fitness and ante/post-natal.
I am also a tutor and assessor for fitness qualification providers, and have worked with GXT (groupxtraining) since 2015 as the lead tutor and assessor for Exercise to Music - where my true passion lies!
I love helping people achieve their goals, whether this is for their own fitness goals, or to become instructors themselves.
Although I believe health and fitness should be a natural lifestyle, I thrive on goal setting and think you should challenge yourself everyday. Sometimes it's not always about the end result, it's about the journey. Progress is progress, no matter how small!
As a mum, I understand how hectic life can get. It may be hard to find time for training but the rewards make it worth the effort. Finding the time whether it's 10 minutes or 2 hours will not only keep your physique in check but will give you some precious time to focus on just you.
